TICKETS NOW ON SALE FOR JANUARY PHILO CONCERT
Hello SINGERS (From Janine Beale, President of the Philo Board of Directors and our TECH WIZ.)
I hope you are all doing well during this holiday season. I made this following announcement at our last rehearsal but wanted to let you know in case you weren't there.. See me or your Board Buddies if you have questions. My cell number for texting is below.
Tickets are now available for purchase (in-person and streaming) on the website both on the front page and Our Season page. They may be purchased by computer or phone on a browser (Google Chrome is preferred if there are any issues).
We are hoping to sell tix mostly online this season. Be sure to tell your friends to use your name on one of the fields when prompted. You will not receive a packet of paper tickets unless you request them. That said, please remember that it's really important that we sell at least 10 tickets each in order for us to have an audience. (and let our funders and donors know that people are coming together to hear our music. 🙂)
When a ticket is purchased (Zeffy is linked up thru our website for online ticket purchases), the buyer gets an automatic email with their ticket information for both IN PERSON tix and LIVESTREAMING tix.
I expect a smooth live streaming this year as we have already received the streaming link and it works! Test it yourself! The link and password come in the streaming purchase email. If singers buy for others, they must forward the link and password to them. The PCCH tech guy, has the live stream starting at 3:50pm on the day of the concert, Jan 31, but our ticket holders can log on before that. I put a note in the streaming email that the link will be active to watch the recording until the following Thursday, February 5 at 11pm. If anyone wants to watch the recording after the concert, they also will be able to buy a streaming ticket to watch the recording.
There are two automated reminder emails that will be sent out to all ticket purchasers - 7 days prior to the concert and the day before.
In-person ticket holders may show their email receipt at the door, and we will have a backup list of all of their names. Tickets can be purchased at the door, too. BUT at the door is more expensive ...
Let start selling and buying tickets! Great Holiday Gifts, just sayin'!
