Sectionals, Ushers, Snow plans, Donations, Tickets sold

Dear Singers, 

SECTIONALS on Sunday.  On Zoom
I've scheduled a set of ZOOM sectionals for this Sunday, Jan 25 to make up for last week.
These will be on ZOOM because, well, SNOW.  OMG!  WHAT!!!! (See below for snow plans - and watch your email closely)
AND, check you email that day, too, because, although I'm getting better, I don't have my voice back yet.

As of this typing, no other sectionals or meetups are scheduled.  Nothing today, Thursday, nor tomorrow, Friday.  Altos are NOT meeting.

SNOW PLANS
OK, we're not freaking out.  We hope that the snow will not be massive and that the church and parking lot will be open on Monday night.
That said, we will meet via ZOOM if in-person rehearsal has to be cancelled.  7 PM. at the link above.  Section leaders, Kathy, and I will split up the practice session.  It will be useful.
BUT, we will need to replace that Monday in person rehearsal on Wed or Thu night.  Probably Thu which will mean some of you might have to miss other rehearsals.  BUT, I'm hoping for the best and maybe just a little bit of extra effort to get to rehearsal on Monday.  Remember we have Tuesday at the church also.  And Friday.  Production week is very important.

DONORS AND PATRONS
We are so grateful for our friends and families who support our efforts in bringing art and singing to our community.  AND, we like to acknowledge them in our program booklet.  So, if anyone you know wants to support us financially, please tell them now is the time.  Program booklet goes to print soon.  Also, anyone who is making a donation in honor of Dave Kistner, or Marilyn Margolis should do so right away.  PhilomusicaChorale.org

TICKETS
Only 64 tickets have been sold online.  Lots of publicity is out.  You have your hard tickets.  Please sell them all.  
We must order our program booklets by Tuesday.  For that, we need a count of how many people will be in the seats.  By Monday night, let me know a count of your sold hard tickets.  Thanks.

 02 November 2025 Dear Singers,  We will now start rehearsals at 7 PM.  Officially, rehearsals will now be 7:00 to 9:30, but we might end earlier depending on the evening's progress! 🙂 Those of you who have been leaving at the break, please plan to stay until the end of rehearsal.
